Councillor Joan Hully declared a non-pecuniary Interest in Application 4/19/2119/0F1 (Keir Hardie Avenue/Dent Square, Cleator Moor) due to being a Cleator Moor Town Councillor.

 

Councillor Tom Higgins declared a non-pecuniary Interest in Application 4/19/2143/0F1 (Land adjacent to Fell View Drive, Egremont) due to being an Egremont Town Councillor and a resident of Fell View Drive. Councillor Higgins left the room during the discussion of this application and took no part.

 

Councillor Jackie Bowman declared a non-pecuniary Interest in Application 4/19/2197/0F1 (Distington Hall Crematorium, Distington) due to being a member of Copeland Disability Forum.

Members were informed of the outcome of a recent Appeal decision in respect of a site on Land to the north of Flosh Meadows, Cleator, CA23 3DS.

 

RESOLVED – that the decision to DISMISS the appeal be noted in the context of the Local Plan Policies and also in relation to performance monitoring.
