During discussion of this item, representations in objection were received from

Mr L Fleet and Mr M Arnold.

 

The Applicant, Mr B Bryze, then exercised his right to respond

 

A vote was then taken, by way of a roll call.

 

The result of the vote was 6 For, 3 Against and 1 Abstention.

 

RESOLVED – that the application be Approved, subject to the conditions set out in the agenda report and the addition of the following condition:

 

“No development shall take place until a Construction Method Statement has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The development must be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme at all times thereafter.

 

Reason

To protect the amenity of residents and the appearance of the site during construction.”
